FEES
Initial consultations are cheerfully provided free of charge.
First arbitrator or mediator……………………….. $100 per hour
Each additional arbitrator or mediator………………$50 per hour

A deposit will be assessed prior to any meeting and California Arbitration Associates fees will be

collected after each meeting.

Any unused deposit will be returned to the individual clients within 7 days of a decision or

written noticeof withdrawal by either party.

Where meetings are arranged off location the hourly fee is portal to portal.

We understand that things do come up and you may have to cancel a meeting.

PLEASE do so at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled meeting. 805-710-3617

Failure to do so will cost the cancelling party a one hour charge per arbitrator.

We prefer a comediation model for couples which maintains integrity and balance during conflict.

This model includes a man and a woman associate.

Occasionally California Arbitration Associates will provide arbitration at a reduced fee due to the client’s

financial circumstances and for non-profit community organizations, schools, religious groups etc.
